Whether you’re a young athlete, a new mom who has just given birth or a woman of retirement age, you want to learn right now how to keep your pelvic floor muscles functioning well or tune them up to prevent leakage, pain, prolapse and more. Many of Christine’s patients have complaints of leakage after childbirth, during sports and when trying to get to the bathroom. Some older women report symptoms of pressure from early stages of prolapse and others complain of pelvic region pain. Throughout Christine’s career, pelvic floor exercises helped her patients resolve their troubles. Also, these same exercises helped her patients to get up less frequently at night. This show is designed to educate women on how to keep their pelvic floor muscles tuned up to prevent this in future AND solve their pelvic floor related troubles!
