Floralia (Healthy Planet)
From Mobile Pizza Oven to Brick and Mortar. The host for this show is Grace Chen O’Neil. The guests are Kip Praissman and Brian Heithaus.
It has been a grassroots local business journey for Floralia, from mobile pizza oven at farmers markets and pop-ups to weekends at Ai Love Nalo, to sharing a lot with Banan, to now 2 years at our blossoming brick and mortar restaurant in Kaka’ako with al fresco dining under the banyan tree!
They are grateful for their amazing customers who love our creative plant based takes on neapolitan wood-fired pizza and classic italian sides and desserts. They have a well trained and meticulous team of passionate chefs and servers.
