Pioneers Navigating Uncharted Waters II (Screen Time Reset)
A mom with young children shares how she manages screen time. Today we talk to April Hail, a mom of two young sons who writes a parenting blog and has a background in education. She is part of the first generation of parents that’s had to contend with raising children with smartphones and iPads. It’s been over a decade since smartphones burst on the scene, but solid structures still haven’t been created to educate and support parents on how to help their children develop healthy screen time habits. Parents are getting little-to-no information from pediatricians, schools and the government about screen time. This needs to change.
