Trump Says Three Presidents Took Docs Too (American Issues Take One)
Trump’s Whataboutism Distracts his Crimes. The hosts for this show are Tim Apicella and Jay Fidell. The guests are Cynthia Lee Sinclair and Chuck Crumpton.
The definition of whataboutism is being accused, but rather than address or challenge the allegation, there is an immediate rush to point the finger at others to either diminish the seriousness of the allegation or deflect, distract the direct charge. That’s exactly what Trump is attempting to do with the charges of taking classified, top secret documents. Trump first stated the FBI stuffed top secret documents into boxes in his home. When that didn’t pass the giggle test, he said Obama did the same thing. The National Archives immediately stated Barrack Obama legally requested and obtained presidential records. Trump now has created yet another whataboutism and points his finger to former President Bush Jr for taking ‘millions’ of documents. Where does this end? When will the Eleventh District Court of Appeals put an end to Trump’s strategy to stall the FBI’s and DOJ to conduct their investigation?
