A Research Paper by the Travel School at UHM. The host for this show is Jay Fidell. The guest is Jerry Agrusa.

Jerry Agrusa of the Travel School at UH Manoa helps us understand the research project he led at the School of Travel Industry Management in the Shidler College of Business on whether Tourists to Hawaii will pay more for locally grown food. We discuss the definition and quality of locally grown food, why tourists will pay more for that food, how much more they will pay, and the data and methodology used to reach that conclusion.
