Catholic Charities Care About Seniors – Peter Reyes
Peter and Rachael will discuss the three senior service programs he oversees at Catcholic Charities Hawaii. These include:
1. paraprofessional counseling to seniors through friendly home visits and escort services for frail seniors
2. transporting seniors 60 years and older to various destinations on Oahu
3. providing educational presentations on effective medication management and conducting one-on-one medication reviews via volunteer registered nurses and pharmacists.
