Organizational consultant Iris Sadeh Rosler introduces practical, hands-on practices of conscious leadership. We learn how she works with corporate, government, and civil society leaders to develop a ‘resilience toolkit’ – a set of practices drawn from our own life experiences to re-establish equilibrium under the most stressful, even violent, conditions. We focus in particular on the practices of resilience, deep listening, and empathy with the senses: touch, smell, hearing, taste, sight, and empathy.
Rosler takes us into the field working with Israeli leaders bombarded by conflict as a daily life reality. She draws upon multiple methods such as the BASIC Ph model, True Purpose, Shakti Leadership, Tiara Coaching, and yoga. She includes her proprietary methods of working with nature and animals to transcend our past and emerge into a life of flourishing.
