Sustainable Hawaii’s guests today, hailing from Switzerland, Germany and Hawaii, are responsible for the smooth running of the Congress.

Pamela Graseman, has led the IUCN Congress Unit since 2009, managing the design, planning and development of the IUCN World Conservation Congresses in Korea and Spain and ensuring coordination between a variety of internal and external stakeholders. She is instrumental in the development and implementation of the Congresses’ environmental accountability measures.

Alexandra Petersen, is the Congress Logistics Manager. She joined the IUCN in 2011. Alexandra is of Brazilian origin, born in London, and resides in Switzerland.

June Matsumoto is Co-Lead of the Sustainable Congress Working Group for this year’s Hawaii Congress. June has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 12 years as director of international sales and marketing for the Hawai`i Convention Center.
