Terror, Violence and Impulse to Destroy-Pt.1 (The Matrix of Peace)
Global Peace Through Inner Peace. The host for this show is Phyllis Blees. The guest is Nilima Bhat.
Author and integral yogini Nilima Bhat gives us an Integral Yoga and depth psychology perspective to understand our inner nature and the origin of the psychology of violence and terror. We enquire into the separation and synthesis of psychic opposites in alchemy through which our nature transforms into something higher, purer, and more fully divine. We learn about Integral Yoga, the work of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, Shakti and Shiva as entities and Shakti Leadership as a path and practice to psychological wholeness and inner peace. In Part 2 we connect this learning to how the Matrix of Peace serves as the soil for the seed of inner peace and psychological wholeness in each of us.
