The Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) Grant is a much needed life line to our restaurant industry’s survival. The RRF is a $28.6 billion grant program targeted to financially support small restaurants that began accepting applications on May 3, 2021.
In the first 36 hours, more than 186,000 applications had been submitted, and the Small Business Administration (SBA) announced the first 16,000 applications had been funded with $2 billion. A total of $2.7 billion of relief funds have been distributed to 21,000 restaurants nationally since the Restaurant Revitalization Fund opened.
