History is made in Human Rights complaint against BNP Paribas. History was made today as nine Sudanese victims, with the support of Project Expedite Justice, International Federation for Human Rights, the Ligue des droits de l’Homme, the African Centre for Justice and Peace Studies, and the Sudan Human Rights Monitor, filed a criminal complaint against French bank BNP Paribas S.A. for its alleged complicity in torture, crimes against humanity, and genocide committed in Sudan, as well as financial crimes.
