Hawaii Women Lawyers is a non-profit organization that works to improve the lives & careers of women attorneys, influence the future of the legal profession, enhance the status of women, & promote equal opportunities for all, through education, mentoring, lobbying & other initiatives. Each year, HWL honors select individuals for their contributions to the profession, public service & support of HWL’s mission. HWL proudly awards its 2020 President’s Award to Rachael Wong: Founder of One Shared Future (OSF), which provides professional development programs to strengthen relationships in the public, private, & non-profit sectors, & Co-Founder of the Safe Spaces & Workplaces Initiative, an OSF/Child & Family Service partnership to end workplace sexual harassment in Hawai‘i through collaboration. Rachael previously served as Director of the Department of Human Services & in leadership roles at the Healthcare Association of Hawai‘i, Kōkua Mau, & Hawaiʻi Consortium for Integrative Care.
