How Skip Stein Beat Prostate Cancer (Healthy Planet)
Beat Cancer with a WFPB Diet. The host for this show is Grace Chen O’Neil. The guest is Skip Stein.
Skip Stein was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2010 and told that he ‘too fat’ for surgery. The doctors gave him less than 2 years to live if he didn’t follow their recommended treatments. He was just 64 years old and getting ready to retire..He had been watching a series called ‘The Incurables’ that told stories of ordinary people who had ‘cured themselves’ of all sorts of deadly diagnosed diseases; mostly by holistic, natural methods. That got him thinking, if they could do it, then why not him? He started intense research into Prostate Cancer and how someone might have survived without the surgery/treatments proposed to him. He decided to go plant-based and see what would happen.
