But first, we will have a Negawatt Moment with the leaders in energy efficiency! Hawaii Energy once again served as a proud sponsor of the 4th Annual Maui Energy Conference, a nationally-renowned showcase for energy innovation. Program Systems Manager Larry Newman helped represent the Hawai’i Energy team at last week’s event on the beautiful Valley Isle, along with Executive Director Brian Kealoha and Deputy Director Caroline Carl.
With the State of Hawai‘i recognized as a pioneer in the new energy economy and regulatory landscape, more 350 delegates attended this year’s event to exchange ideas and make invaluable connections.
In today’s Negawatt Moment, Larry will share his thoughts about this year’s energy conference, along with a short video highlighting the event.
