Biden Honors 500K COVID Deaths (What Now America)
A Death Toll That Was Preventable. The host for this episode is Tim Apicella. The guests for this episode are Jay Fidell, Stephanie Dalton and Winston Welch.
This week, President Joe Biden honored our 500,000 fellow Americans who have died in the past year from COVID19. The death toll exceeds the combined statistics of all Americans who died in WWI, WWII, and Vietnam. The tragic aspect of watching a candle burn representing every 1k deaths or hear the church bell toll for every 1K deaths is the knowledge that most of our COVID deaths were preventable. Preventable if only Trump has not politicized wearing a mask, or not hold super spreader events for his re-election campaign, or had taken the lead to ensure an adequate supply of PPEs for hospitals, or told the truth of the deadly nature of the virus as he told Bob Woodward in early February 2020, or had not spread false information that bleach, UV light, and Chloroquine had magical powers to halt the deadly nature of the virus. But he didn’t. Today the COVID death count increases to 502,000.
