Regimes of Terror and Re-Building Society – Political Science with Manfred Henningsen
Prof. Henningsen’s research is centered on themes in political thought and the philosophy of history. In this episode, he poses the question, “How do societies that have been governed by regimes of terror deal with the aftermath of this violence?” Johnson and Prof. Henningsen discuss examples and exceptions such as Germany, South Africa, other Axis powers in WWII, and imperial Japan.
