Victor is the Co-Executive Director of Hawaii Appleseed Center for Law and Economic Justice and the Executive Director of Lawyers for Equal Justice. Hawaii Appleseed and Lawyers for Equal Justice both advocate for economically and socially disadvantage persons. They seek fair treatment and equal opportunities for their clients in Hawaii. We will discuss the mission and history of Hawaii Appleseed and Lawyers for Equal Justice, how they set their priorities and achieve their goals, their impact on law and society in Hawaii, their collaboration with pro bono attorneys, current issues, and their biggest challenges in the future.
