As CEO of the YMCA of Honolulu, Mike Broderick is responsible for nine branches, 1200 employees and a $27-million-dollar budget. Previously, he served as a Family Court Judge where he presided over more than 10,000 cases involving families and children. Aaron and Mike discuss the Native Hawaiian Justice Task Force and the criminal justice system.
