Richardson School of Law, Leo Asuncion, of the State Office of Planning, Chip Fletcher, of the School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology, John Cole, of Hawaii Natural Energy Institute, Sen. Will Espero, of the Senate Committee on Energy, Rep. Chris Lee, of theHouse Committee on Energy, Suzanne Case, of the Department of Land and Natural Resources, David Rodriguez, of the Department of Transportation, Mike Dahilig, of the County of Kauai, Ron Whitmore, of the County of Hawaii, Fred Redell, of the County of Maui, Josh Stanbro,of the City and County of Honolulu, Colin Moore, of the UH Public Policy Center.
