Richardson School of Law at UH Manoa, and Gene Fidell, who has tought at Yale and now at NYU Law School and who is well familiar with current constitutional issues, discuss the Supreme Court’s recent decisions and trends, how the court is changing and dealing with politics, religion and social changes in the country, and how it is dealing with the media. They also discuss public confidence in the court, the Constitution and the rule of law, and what we can expect from the court going forward.
