HACC Provides a Month Long Coding Challenge
Maryann Sasaki and Elise Anderson cover the beginning of the first Hawaii Annual Code Challenge, an opportunity for local programmers to provide compete to provide software solutions for civic benefit. They take a look at a talk show which highlight the idea of HACC, which featured Todd Nacapuy of the Office of Enterprise Technology Services and Pankaj Bhanot of the Hawaii State Department of Human Services. Opening day event were covered and they heard from Burt Lum, Ryan Ozawa, David Ige, Garrett Yoshimi, Erin Loredo, Denise Johnson, Helen Okamura, Jessica Worster, Kimo Carvalho, Scott Morishige, Gary Nakata, Leila Kagawa and Andrew Sasaki.
