The program was entitled “The Globe and the Gavel; Judicial Decision making in the Age of Globalization” and included talks from Judge Richard Clifton, of United States Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit, Judge James Burns, Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals (Retired) and Brad Glosserman, the Executive Director, Pacific Forum, Center for Strategic and International Studies.
