Returning from a Slow Food conference in Italy, Martha Cheng joins Matt Johnson to talk about Hawaii’s local food movement. Martha’s unique perspective of being a chef, a writer a food critique, and recently traveling to the Slow Food Conference: Terra Madre Salone del Gusto held annually in Turin, Italy will be sure to give us lots to learn about from food trucks to high end restaurants!
