An Artist, a Mural, a Message
Meleanna Meyer is a well-known artist, writer and filmmaker in the Honolulu community. Her work focuses on understanding and interpreting the deep meaning of the original Hawaiian culture. She partners with community groups and other artists, and participates in organizing official events. Her skill in creating positive messages that are embraced by millions of people worldwide is matched by her ability to produce results, on time and on budget, managing many diverse people.
Meleanna will be speaking at the monthly meeting of the Hawaii Forgiveness Project this week, Friday February 10, at 4:00 pm. at the Bodhi Tree, 654A Judd Street, Honolulu HI 96817.
Her presentation is called “An Artist, a Mural, a Message” and will focus on the ‘Aina Aloha Mural. She will bring a replica of the mural to the ThinkTech studios, so she can share its meaning.
