Joan Chatfield is a Maryknoll sister who came to Hawaii over 52 years ago. She has served in many roles including teaching in schools and at Chamindade University, involvement in the creation of the Hawaii Film Festival and Project Dana a non profit dedicated to helping frail elders 60 years and older, family caregivers, and disabled persons. She is a Toastmaster and won second place in the District 49 Toastmasters Table Topics Contest 2018 competition. The host for this episode is David Tasaka.
