Carol Mon Lee

Carol Mon Lee is the volunteer Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for ThinkTech Hawaii. She was the University of Hawaii Richardson School of Law’s Associate Dean for Academic Affairs responsible for the academic program and internal operations for 10 years before she retired. Previously she practiced law in Los Angeles and Honolulu and for 15 years was a senior executive/corporate attorney at American Trust Co. of Hawaii and Bishop Trust Co.

Her work in education includes developing policy as one of the last elected members of the Hawaii State Board of Education and teaching from levels pre-K through law school. Over the years Carol has been very involved in community service including work on several private and public boards and commissions both here and on the mainland.
