Dr. Roz Tsai is Vice President, Talent, Learning, & Org Effectiveness at Thrivent; she is also an adjunct professor at Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Tsai previously was Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at Ecolab, responsible for enterprise learning and global institutional training. Dr. Tsai received her Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instructional Technologies from the University of Minnesota, Master of Science in Information Media from St. Cloud State University, and Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Nankai University. She is also past chair of the Board of Directors at BestPrep and Executive Mentor and Coach at Menttium Corporation. Dr. Tsai is widely recognized as a leader in the Asian American community.
