Fighting COVID with Education, Creativity (Coronavirus and Our Mental Health)
Turning Negative Thinking into Positive. The host for this show is Ken Burtness. The guest is Gary Sudin.
Discussion starts with the individual. School lectures and required readings are only beginning steps. These must be followed by interest. Joseph Campbell told people to “Follow their bliss.” Students need to follow their interest. Learning about what they are interested in leads to creativity. Creativity and experience help break down closed doors. Coronavirus has shut many doors in people’s lives. It has separated people from friends and loved ones, from their jobs, from their social life. For many it has shut the door of hope, hope for the future. Education, interest, and creativity are keys to opening that door.
