Anti-Asian violence has been on the rise within the last year since the pandemic hit the U.S. at the beginning of 2020. The recent Atlanta shooting of eight individuals, six of whom were Asian, has highlighted the increase of hate crimes committed against Asians and Asian-Americans in our country.
Cristina Moon, Chozen-ji priest, goes over how to approach difficult conversations and sentiments surrounding racism, within our workplaces, inner circles, and ourselves.
