“This measure (HB 290) authorizes qualified patients or out-of-state patients to transport medical cannabis between islands for their personal medical use.”. Governor Ige is displaying discriminatory practices by including “HB290 RELATING TO THE UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT” on the possible veto list.
