Interfacing University and Community. The host for this show is Darlene Boyd. The guest is Morgan Appel.

Continuing and professional education has experienced a sea of change of sorts in the past two decades and even more so in the past two COVID years. Change requires more creative and flexible approaches to instructional development and delivery. Spurred on by the advent of the no collar economy and the incursion of private concerns into the marketplace, postsecondary institutions have learned an important lesson. If you are reacting, you are already far too late.

True educational transformation requires that all involved speak a common language, albeit in different dialects. We must illuminate pathways forward for our diverse constituencies, whether leading, following, sometimes walking side by side, but always there.
