On January 13, 2018 the residents of Hawaii received a message saying; that a “ballistic missile” was fired in the direction of the Island of Hawaii, leaving the citizens desperate without knowing what the future of their existence would be.  One year has passed since that day and the government has put in many procedures and measures to avoid the same error.  Our guest is Annita Cruz who was present during the false alarm emergency. The false alarm caused psychiatric problems of depression and anxiety for many residents of Hawaii.
