Hawaii State Representative Mark Nakashima (Hilo) has always been a believer in hydrogen, and always ready to support clean energy on Hawaii’s Big Island. But this year, Rep Nakashima assumes the role of Vice Speaker of the House of Representatives in Hawaii, and many of Hawaii’s “Clean Energy” legislators have also moved into key committee positions as well. Could that mean that 2019 will see a stronger effort by the state to reduce our dependence on fossil fuel on the grid and on Hawaii’s roads?
