Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Stan Osserman, Jr. is the Director of DBEDT’s Hawaii Center for Advanced Transportation Technologies (HCATT) since 2013 and currently serves (by statute) as the State Hydrogen Implementation Coordinator. He has been involved extensively with Hawaii’s energy community for over a decade after being appointed by Governor Linda Lingle to coordinate implementation of the Hawaii Clean Energy Initiative with U.S. Pacific Command.
