Opinions vary on the meaning of Livability in today’s urban society in Honolulu.
For business people it means “can I do work here and provide my family with a good lifestyle?”
For private residents it can mean “can I enjoy my life and my friends in peace and happiness?”
What are factors present today in Honolulu that make the city less livable? How can those be ameliorated or addressed?
What else do we need to make Honolulu a more “livable” city?
Light pollution is also a health concern that is not addressed and we will look at that.
