Teaching and Learning for parents and students. For many years Kina Knisley taught math and science abroad. She quickly found out that parents did not help students with their homework properly so she changed her way of teaching to include the “flipped classroom”. This method of teaching helped students and their parents better understand her lessons. Later in her career a diagnosis that kept her out of the classroom did not stop her. Learn how this former teacher used a not so new concept to change the way teaching and learning happens for all. The host for this episode is Kecia King. The guest for this episode is Kina Knisley.
