Trump’s Friends Get Special Treatment and Avoid Justice. Never before has the Deptartmen of Justice prosecuted a case, obtain two guilty pleas, then drop the case.
That is exactly what occured in the case against former national security advisor Michael Flynn.
This week almost 2,000 former Justice Department employees have signed a letter calling for Attorney General William Barr to resign his position. In February, Barr attempted to reduce the DOJ’s sentencing recommendations against Roger Stone. Trump’s friends get a special justice system, and Barr sees to it that they get it. Host Tim Apicella, Winston Welch, and Stephanie Dalton discuss this topic and continuing developments of Trump’s distancing himself from responsibility for over 82,000 COVID-19 deaths. The host for this episode is Tim Apicella. The guests for this episode are Winston Welch and Stephanie Dalton.
