Litigation and Internet Technology. Elijah is a Hawaii attorney and a Partner at the law firm of Cades Schutte LLP. He is a litigator, but also counsels clients on internet and information technology law. Litigation and internet technology are increasingly becoming intertwined in legal practice. Trolling and cyber bullying are in the news daily, from the President to ordinary citizens. Elijah is a summa cum laude graduate of William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii. He is involved in many law related and community activities, has published articles on current legal topics, and authors a blog, LegalTXTS, about the latest developments in law and technology, with an emphasis on legal issues regarding digital media, privacy & data security, and information management. Our discussion will focus on trolling, cyber bulling, recent events involving both, and what can be done to address this current internet milieu.
