Shackley Raffetto
Since retirement Judge Raffetto serves on the Judicial Council of the Chief Justice of Hawaii and on the Panel for Judicial Evaluation. He is active in mediation and arbitration with Dispute Prevention and Resolution and travels lecturing on US justice, rule of law and human rights.
He served as visiting professor at Fukuoka University, Japan, Beijing Foreign Studies University and University of International Relations, Beijing. He recently lecture and trained Mongolian trial judges at the Judicial Council of Mongolia and participates in international educational programs as a Senior Fellow at the Geneva Center for the Democratic Control of Armed Force, Geneva. Shackley serves as volunteer Treasurer of ThinkTech.
