Joe Machin May Determine Fate of Democrats. The host for this episode is Tim Apicella. The guests for this episode are Jay Fidell, Cynthia Lee Sinclair, Stephanie Dalton and Winston Welch.

Senator Joe Manchin (DWV) may will stand in the way of President Biden’s ability to pass key legislation in the next three years. Sen. Manchin made it perfectly clear that he will not support any modification or elimination of the Senate filibuster. Without out the ability to modify it, GOP Senators may will continue to obstruct passage of bills, Immigration, Voting Act reforms, Infrastructure, Jan 6 Commission, etc. Without a Manchin’s vote to modify the over used filibuster maneuver, the progress of the Biden Administration may well be determined in the next couple of months when there may be a vote on a infrastructure package. What can be done to prevent another three years of gridlock in Congress? Host Tim Apicella and guests discuss that question.
