The beat goes on, even if in the background.

Democratic debate – how does it change things?
Sadness in South Carolina – It was 48.9 for the dem. and 50.2 for the rep. in a state that has not gone dem since the 60s.
More Fallout on Alabama – National Weather Service. Trump says it’s all fake news and he was right.
Extraction of Russian spy. Good move, but no trust in Trump.
Resignation of John Bolton – why? Trump says lots of problems between staff and Bolton and Kim Jong-un didn’t like him. Bolton says he will have his say soon enough.
Failure of talks with Taliban – Taliban talks at Camp David 3 days before 9/11.
New meeting with Rocketman? Kim Jong-un wants a meeting, but no response from Trump.
Deferral of more tariffs on China – that and paying the farmers with our hard-earned tax money too, even in the time of a trillion-dollar deficit.
Federal Judge stops circuitous sanctuary – but is then reversed. Big win for Trump, big loss of the country. But did he really reverse?
The tragic saga of the tariffs – Lobsters (PBS News Hour) going through Canada. According to Trump today China withdrew some of the tariffs against US.
Recession coming soon.
No action on guns, despite corporate protest. Incredible. What do they have on him?
Environment – climate change getting worse faster, heat and melting, another hurricane pointed to Florida.
Reversing regulations on water and on wetlands.
Trump’s numbers are down, but not enough.
Closing – The Mueller report is definite. I want the media to stop acting like trump won fair and square. Russia helped him win and he accepted their help and by his own admission will do it again. He is not a legit a president. Yet no one ever seems to come from that place why?
