Developing home-made technologies with low cost, yet powerful, open source computer hardware and software.. In this episode, Anson Liang and Johnathan Le, two middle school students from Kawananakoa Middle School, share about their science projects in which they developed new technologies using Arduino. Anson created a cost-efficient, homemade portable phone charger that warns against any safety hazard. Johnathan built a motion sensor that is capable of sending messages(sms) wirelessly and emit an alarming sound when motion is detected.
