MPTS – a New Way to Provide More Efficient Power (Thinktech Tech Talks)
Solving Jacobi’s Law. The host for this episode is Jay Fidell. The guests for this episode are Bryan Rogers and Valerie Shoup.
Bryan Rogers of Transpower Company and Valerie Shoup of Heratage Institute of Sustainability will help us understand Jacobi’s law and how solving it leads to MPTS, a new way to provide more Efficient Electrical Power.
Maximum Power Transfer Theorem (Jacobi’s Law – 1840) focuses on increasing total electrical efficiency by decreasing losses using impedance matching. MPTS dynamically matches, optimizes and reduces the KVA requirements of connected loads which also decreases losses in an electrical network.
