Are these changes temporary or permanent. Polticial Science professor Colin Moore will help us understand how the Coronavirus is affecting and changing our government, and whether those changes are temporary or permanent. These changes would include emergency powers, extraordinary funding bills, enforcement of state borders, national borders, distribution of stockpiled equipment, relationships with states, state governors, and groups of state governors, relationships with the media, press conferences, first amendment, candor with the public, long term planning, expansion of presidential powers, health agencies and officials, foreign relations in crises, national defense production, activation of national guard, tax deadlines, unavailability of civil service employees and military personnel and military units and assets, use and reallocation of military on domestic health and social order issues, deferral of state primaries, voting, national conventions, election day.
