Hawaii’s Workforce Wingmen
Join Community Matters host Jay Fidell for a discussion with “New Workforce Hawaii” co-founders Carleen MacKay and Rob Kinslow.
Carleen, a nationally recognized author and speaker, specializes in helping the multigenerational workforce understand the emergent 21st century workplace. Rob, an aerospace engineer and keynote educator, is part of an emerging global network of “artists-of-life”.
Carleen MacKay is a nationally recognized keynoter, panelist and new product and service developer for individuals and organizations in all sectors of the economy. She specializes in helping the multigenerational workforce understand the emergent 21st century workplace and to adjust their planning to meet the demands of a structural shift as unlike any previously experienced.
Similarly, she works collaboratively with selected Mainland Wingmen, many of whom are well-known to clients here, to extend Hawaii’s reach to knowledge and opportunities elsewhere.
As author or co-author of five books on behalf of Boomers & Beyond, Carleen’s recent work includes a series of half-a-dozen Playbooks, presentations and workshops for all demographics and generations that are either working in – or planning to work in – the first quarter of the 21st century workplace.
