Depending on the severity of your curve, you can suffer breathing difficulty as well, especially on the inside of the curve. Host Christine Lynders has scoliosis. She is a physical therapist and has developed a biomechanical approach to treating scoliosis that she has used on herself, her patients from age 12 to 88, and has presented at the national level for the American Physical Therapy Association’s Annual special section conference. It works!
