Chinese Americans along with other Asian Americans played a significant critical role in flipping the U.S. Senate and electing Joe Biden in the recent Georgia elections. This would not be possible without the Civil Rights Movement led by Dr. Martin Luther King. Our conversation focuses on how this critical voting group and recent phenomena would not have been made possible without the sacrifices and trail-blazing efforts of Dr. King and others who led the Civil Rights movement. This success at playing a major role came with a price – a debt owed to the Civil Rights movement led by Dr. Martin Luther King.
