Working Professionals Returning to University.
Most university students are preparing themselves for jobs that may not even exist today. The idea that learning stops after graduation is, frankly, fallacious. Those of us who are still in the workforce have seen the very nature of our jobs change over time, and that change will continue to keep up with changes in the economy, technology, and global culture. In order to be competitive candidates for the jobs of the future, each of us must become lifelong learners and commit to ongoing to professional development.
Joining us today to discuss these issues is Ricardo Natera. Rick is a retired Army Sergeant major who went back to university after a very successful military career, and in a could of weeks he’ll graduate from Hawaii Pacific University with a master’s degree in Human Resource Management
