This is a special 2 part program on “Building Voices,” an ideas and action festival to be held on April 22, Earth Day, at the State Capitol, and other events during this month, National Architecture and Landscape Architecture Month. The free design symposium and festival will gather the community to engage in local and global ideas, issues, and perspectives. The winners of a design competition will also be announced.
